We are a group of naturally curious people! We are curious about your business, your problems, what solutions we can find, and how we can help you. We are curious as to why most people follow the usual path without question... hence our motto Inquirite Omnia.

Why Otters?

Otters are also inquisitive and are the symbol for curiosity in the animal kingdom - the reason why they are part of our company logo.

Our team's experience and skills

The Curious Guys is a mature team with a variety of skills and experiences:

  • Brokering of project financing globally.
  • Tax planning both personal and corporate.
  • An extensive knowledge of retail financial services - from mortgages to pensions, life assurance, SIPPs, bonds, SSASs, and even alternative investments.
  • Merchant banking including dealing nostro positions, FX, MM, precious metals, and equities.
  • Disputes and claims - with a very high level of success.
  • Consultancy work with companies and partnerships, i.e. time and motion studies, company/partnership formation and buy-ins, standardising operating procedures, compliance issues.
  • Extensive legal knowledge and experience in a variety of areas including estate planning.

Our Carbon Footprint

We are proud to announce that we have engaged with the UK's largest privately-owned, privately-funded tropical hardwood plantation in a multinational reforestation project. Our company has planted thousands of trees, moreover, we are part of a larger project that is responsible for planting over 4 million trees to date.

In addition to the reforestation and carbon capture that this will bring, we are helping to provide employment and independence from aid to the local community in Ghana, where the plantation is based. We follow the ethos: Trade not Aid.
